Important Notes Before Purchase

  • Testing Before Buying: Request a test account to evaluate our services. Only proceed with a long-term subscription if you are satisfied.
  • Internet Speed: Refunds will not be issued for slow internet speeds preventing proper service use.

Setup Support

Our team is available 24/7 to assist with setting up your service. Inability to set up the service on your device is not grounds for a refund. Please refer to our detailed IPTV setup tutorials.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Selection Errors: If you mistakenly purchase the wrong service duration, submit a ticket in the Support section with the title “Create.” Our team will review and process appropriate refunds.
  2. Account Expiry: Refunds are not accepted for accounts expiring within 7 days.
